March section report
Greetings to all the Palmetto State Amateur Radio operators and ARRL members. Spring has arrived, finally bringing along some warmer weather and hamfests! I had a great time at The Ridge Amateur Radio Club’s tailgate Party in Batesburg-Leesville, SC this past weekend. It was very well attended and everyone appeared to find some buys and a lot of great conversations. Thank you everyone that came out and thanks for those of you who stopped by my ARRL booth to chat.
I am looking forward to the Georgia QSO Party April 12 & 13.
The ARRL Rookie Roundup SSB is also April 13th
ARRL HAM Radio Open House 2025 is being held through April. Please use the locator to find one near you. We currently have two scheduled, one in Newberry with the Dutch Fork ARG and one in Kershaw with the Kershaw County ARC.
